Sitting on a lawn chair in the campsite, having a coffee, contemplating what genre of photography I would choose next. The answer was the blue-jays I heard chattering high in the pines above us. I used a close by tree-stump to layout a dinner that I knew would attract the birds, set up the tripod and camera an waited, and waited, and waited. Took about six hours but finally My patience was rewarded allowing me to get the shots in this project.
